They Tell Me I Should Go To Rehab....

...but I foam, foam roll.

ha.  That's a little something I've been working on with Amy Winehouse... no big deal.

My foam roller and I have become best buds... so much so that my kiddos now want to get in on the action.  They start on one side and roll on their bellies until their faces smash into the ground.  They love it.



Try not to be jealous of my hot starry pj pants.



Here we come!

Going for a little walk/run here soon... first time in 17 days!  Pretty pumped, especially since it's supposed to be sixty degrees and sunny... finally!!
